1. Provide assistance in curriculum planning
2. Arrange academic calendar and decide the number of teaching weeks
3. Organize summer courses
4. Handle adding and dropping courses
5. Integrate courses and their notification
6. Arrange in-semester assessments
7. Announce notice of lesson cancellation
8. Allocate course schedules and assign classrooms
9. Register and announce instructors’ leave of absence and supplementary lectures
10. Arrange and announce visiting professors’ course schedules
11. Process applications for degree examinations and verify fees
12. Respond to e-mail and bulletin board messages
13. Notify the Ministry of Education to process international students’visas
14. Process official letters of the Executive Yuan National Science Council
15. Process research projects proposed by the College’s full time researchers
16. Facilitate alumni liaison
